1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and purchasing products from Freedom Industrial Works LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or purchasing our products.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

- You are legally allowed to purchase, possess, and use the products ordered in your specific state, county, and city.
- You will comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the use and installation of firearm accessories.
3. Firearm Accessory Disclaimer
Freedom Industrial Works LLC manufactures and sells non-regulated firearm accessories and hardware only.
- We do not sell “firearms” as defined by the GCA (Gun Control Act) or “NFA firearms” as defined by the National Firearms Act.
- Our products are intended for lawful use as accessories. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the addition of any accessory to a firearm does not violate any laws, including those pertaining to the classification or configuration of a firearm.
4. Assumption of Risk and Installation
Firearms are inherently dangerous. You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of our products.
- We are not responsible for damage to your firearm, or for any injury or death resulting from the improper installation or use of our hardware.
- We strongly recommend that all accessories and components be installed and safety-tested by a qualified, professional gunsmith.
5. Limitation of Liability & “As-Is” Sales
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- All products are sold “AS-IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” * Freedom Industrial Works LLC shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
- Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the product that gave rise to the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freedom Industrial Works LLC and its members from any and all claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of any products purchased from us.
7. Governing Law
These terms and the relationship between you and Freedom Industrial Works LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Pinal County, Arizona.
