Shipping & Returns Policy

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

Processing Times: Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
Custom Fabrication: Please note that custom-fabricated items may require additional lead time. Estimated completion dates will be provided at the time of order.
Carrier Liability: Once a package leaves our facility, Freedom Industrial Works LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during transit. We recommend that customers contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for any transit-related issues.
Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

14-Day Return Window: We accept returns only for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
Return Authorization: All returns must be approved in writing before being sent back to our facility.

To maintain quality and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Installed or Used Items: Any product that has been mounted, installed, or shows signs of use.
Custom Parts: Any hardware or accessories that were custom fabricated or modified to customer specifications.
Improperly Handled Items: Any product damaged due to improper installation or misuse by the customer.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to a documented error on our part.
Inspection: Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
