1. 30-Day Limited Warranty
Freedom Industrial Works LLC stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in workmanship and materials.
If a product is found to be defective within this period, we will, at our discretion, either repair the item or replace it with a comparable product.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover the following:
- Improper Installation: Damage resulting from incorrect assembly or installation.
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by using the product outside of its intended purpose.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation of the product through standard use.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations made to the product after delivery.
3. Installation Disclaimer
Freedom Industrial Works LLC is not responsible for the installation of any products. Proper installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Freedom Industrial Works LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of use or labor costs) arising from the use or failure of our products.
